From the owner:
Hello and welcome! My name is Katherine Peterson and I’m a wife to my wonderful husband Clark as well as a mother to four of the best kiddos ever and two great step sons! We make our home in the central Missouri area near the Lake of the Ozarks in the picturesque rolling hills.
Our property is located on 20 beautiful wooded acres so our dogs have a lot of room to run. We are a small, family run kennel where we specialize in raising quality puppies. Our adult dogs are either APRI or UABR registered while our designer puppies are registered through ACHC. (American Canine Hybrid Club) Our main goal is to provide quality, loving, healthy, well-adjusted and happy puppies that will enhance, fill and bless your life.
I first fell in love with Australian Shepherds 11 years ago. We were looking for a family dog and someone referred us to the local vet office because they had puppies they were trying to find homes for. Turned out she was an Aussie Shepherd mix. She was a red merle and so sweet! We, of course, promptly named her Aussie. Then I started researching the breed and fell even deeper in love. It wasn’t too long before it led to where we are today, breeding top quality designer puppies.
How do we raise our puppies? First off, they are home raised from birth until 8 weeks. They get daily interaction with children and lots of socialization from birth on. We want them to be used to children, other pets and a variety of household noises. We do our best to spoil them with attention! Before we send them home with you, they will have up to date immunizations and de-worming.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and we welcome all questions you may have. Drop us a line or message and we’ll be happy to walk you through this exciting process of gaining a new addition to your family. If we don’t answer right away we will get back to you ASAP! We hope to hear from you soon!

When it’s time for your puppy to go home, depending on the distance, we can meet for delivery with an extra fee. We are also able to ship your furry friend to the airport of your choice. This will generally cost an additional $600 and is dependent on the weather. (No extreme temperatures.)
- Remember that puppies sleep a lot, much like newborn babies.
- Puppies don’t eat a lot, but they do eat often. Therefore, it is important to have food and water
accessible to your puppy at all times. This will prevent him/her from going into sugar shock. It is also
important that they are only exposed to a small area until they get used to their new surroundings.
This will ensure that your puppy always knows where his/her food and water is.
- By the time your puppy is ready to go to your home (8 weeks), he/she will be on solid food.
It is important to your puppy’s dental hygiene to have dry dog food. We recommend Diamond
Naturals Puppy or True Acre Foods, Grain Free. To find a Diamond Puppy retailer go to diamondpet.com/where-to-buy or chewy.com to find both brands.
- Keeping your puppy clean is important. I recommend not bathing your puppy more than once a week. Once every two weeks is actually better if you can wait that long. Just watch that his/her skin and hair doesn’t get dry.
It is especially important on puppies with long hair to keep the hair on their rear-end clean. If bathing isn’t enough, you should probably clip it.
- Provide lots of chew toys for your puppy. They love rope toys, toys with squeakers, and soft toys to sleep with. Examine all toys to make sure they are durable enough to be chewed without coming apart.
Keep your house plants out of reach from your puppy. Some house plants are poisonous to dogs. For more information check out the Animal Poison Control Center at anapsid.org/resources/plants.html.
- Our veterinarian recommends any time after 6 months of age to spay or neuter.
The Aussiedoodle is a cross between an Australian Shepherd and a Poodle. There are so many reasons to love Aussiedoodles. They are hypoallergenic, extremely smart, have great personalities and are adorable.
Both of the breeds used to create Aussiedoodles are considered to be canine Einsteins, making this one super smart cross-breed.
Aussiedoodles are companion dogs. They love being with people and need to live in the house, never outdoors. These pups love to play making them a perfect family friend.
Hypoallergenic is a term commonly used to refer to a dog breed or crossbreed that is more compatible with allergic people than other breeds.
